Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Briela Media (“we”). For anything in this policy, write to contactbrielamedia@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
When you write to us through the form on this site or by email, we receive what you send: your name, the name of your brand or company, your email address and your message.
We use these details only to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare an offer. We do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask for an offer, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.
Hosting
The site is hosted by OVH (OVHcloud). Like any web host, it records technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, in its server logs for security purposes.
Who receives your data
Only the providers we need in order to run this site and our email: OVH (hosting) and Google (Gmail, our email). Google may process email outside the European Economic Area; for such transfers it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to 6 months after the last message. If we start working together, your details become part of our client records and are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data and for a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it or to restrict its use, and object to its use. Write to contactbrielamedia@gmail.com; we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You can also contact the authority in your own country: in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
